Clime is a ski conditions intelligence platform that provides weather-based ski resort recommendations for European destinations. We use real meteorological data from Open-Meteo and other sources to help skiers make informed trip decisions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Clime, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Use of Service

• The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use
• You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute our data or recommendations
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• We reserve the right to suspend access for abuse

4. Accuracy of Information

Ski conditions and weather data are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of forecasts or resort operating status. Always verify conditions with the resort directly before traveling. We are not liable for decisions made based on our recommendations.

5. Payments

Paid features (ski guide unlock) are charged as one-time payments. Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the service did not function as described. Contact us at support@ronstartupstudio.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software on Clime is owned by Ron's Startup Studio. The underlying weather data is sourced from open APIs and remains the property of their respective providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ron's Startup Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
